The StarTech.com DKT30CHVGPD portable dock adds a display output, USB-A 5 Gbps port and Gigabit Ethernet to a compatible USB-C laptop. Its attached host cable tucks away for travel.
Choose HDMI or VGA
Connect one display using HDMI at up to 4K 30 Hz or VGA at up to 1920 x 1200. The two video connectors provide a choice of display type; this adapter is not a dual-monitor dock. Your laptop must support video output over USB-C.
Power when you need it
The adapter can run from the laptop bus. For USB-C Power Delivery pass-through, connect a separate suitable USB-C power adapter; up to 85W can reach a compatible laptop from a 95W input. A power adapter is not included.

How long do your products take to ship?
Our team process orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order and shipping takes approximately 3-7 days to ship.
Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
