If you find that your order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, contact us for a return authorization at email@example.com. You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks. Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
In the event, a return is initiated and the received product is damaged, not in original packaging, and or altered in any way. Level Up Desks will return the product to the customer and the customer will be charged for all shipping and administrative fees associated with the return.
Please note that before returning any product, a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be received by Level Up Desks. Products must be returned to Level Up Desks within 15 days of receiving the RMA number.
Customers are responsible for paying the costs of return shipping, plus any applicable insurance unless the item is defective. Customers can use Level Up Desks shipping methods or handle shipping themselves. If customers prefer to use Level Up Desks shipping methods, we will do our best to find the most cost-effective shipping rate for you.
Level Up Desks reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 15% to the merchandise cost of the product, if applicable.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to issue once the item has been returned and received in our distributor’s warehouse.
Unfortunately, at this time, our refund policy applies to Canada only, no USA refunds are available, USA sales are Final Sale.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should note it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos or videos to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Once your claim is processed, and approved and the product is received in our distributor’s warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability, and alternatives may be offered if the product is no longer in stock.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
