The Plugable UD-CUBE adds a single HDMI monitor up to 4K at 30 Hz, three USB-A ports and Gigabit Ethernet to a compatible USB-C laptop. Its compact cube fits a portable or small desk setup.
Native USB-C video
The HDMI output uses DisplayPort Alt Mode from the host, so no display driver is needed. Your computer must have a video-capable USB-C, USB4 or Thunderbolt port. Plugable lists Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 or later and compatible ChromeOS systems.
Plan for separate laptop charging
The UD-CUBE does not charge its host laptop. Keep a laptop charger available. The box includes the dock, USB-C cable, power adapter and quick start guide.

How long do your products take to ship?
Our team process orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order and shipping takes approximately 3-7 days to ship.
Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
