The Plugable UD-3900PDZ adds three HDMI outputs, six USB-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet and a headset jack to a compatible laptop. HDMI 1 supports up to 4K at 30 Hz through the host's DisplayPort Alt Mode; HDMI 2 and 3 support up to 1080p at 60 Hz through DisplayLink.
Check the host and software
For all three displays, install DisplayLink software and use a USB-C host that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. Mac setup also requires Screen Recording permission. Plugable lists compatible Windows, macOS and ChromeOS systems; Linux is not supported.
Power the desk
The current 100W version can provide up to 100W laptop charging. The box includes the dock, USB-C cable, power adapter and quick start guide. Plugable notes that earlier 60W units used the same model number; check the package's power rating if it is critical to your setup.

How long do your products take to ship?

Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
