The Plugable TBT4-UDZ has two HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.2 outputs, each supporting up to 4K at 60 Hz. A capable Windows Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 computer can drive up to four displays. Compatible Macs support up to two external displays; base M1 and M2 Macs support one. Actual display count depends on the host.
Build a connected workstation
Seven USB ports, 2.5Gbps Ethernet, SD and microSD readers, and audio in/out connect desk accessories. Host charging reaches up to 100W, with 98W certified output. The included 1m Thunderbolt 4 cable links the dock to a compatible Thunderbolt, USB4 or video-capable USB-C computer.

Plugable lists Windows 10 or later and macOS 11 or later. No display driver is required. Windows four-display operation needs a capable Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 host; Macs cannot drive all four outputs at once. The box includes the dock, power supply and cable, vertical stand, Thunderbolt 4 cable and quick start guide.

How long do your products take to ship?

Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
