The Cougar Ultimus Pro is a wireless RGB mechanical gaming keyboard built around a space-efficient 98% layout. It keeps the number pad and core navigation keys while using less desk space than a conventional full-size layout.
Move between a wired USB connection, 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.0. The keyboard can connect with up to five devices across its available modes, making it suitable for a gaming PC, work computer and other compatible devices in the same setup.
Responsive control with room to customize
Wired and 2.4 GHz modes support a 1000 Hz polling rate, while Bluetooth operates at 125 Hz. N-key rollover helps register simultaneous key presses, and the 16.8-million-colour RGB system includes 17 lighting effects.
The pre-lubed mechanical switches are hot-swappable and rated for 50 million presses. PBT doubleshot keycaps and internal sound absorption support a more durable, considered typing experience.
Important setup details
COUGAR UIX software is supported in wired and 2.4 GHz modes, but not in Bluetooth mode. Battery life is rated for up to 30 hours with RGB set to maximum brightness. The keyboard uses an English QWERTY layout and measures 380.9 × 133 × 39.4 mm.
