Hot-swap PCB: The K5 Compact Barebone is compatible with 5-pin as well as 3-pin MX-style switches. The hot-swap sockets allow you to easily add and replace switches as you like. No soldering required.
Ultra-fast polling rate: The K5 features a new super-scan technology, scanning all keys every half a millisecond which makes for instant registration of every keypress, while full N-key rollover means zero missed keystrokes, no matter how many you press at once.
Crisp RGB LEDs: The K5 features per-key customizable RGB illumination, and an improved RGB function that allows you to boost the illumination by connecting the keyboard to a USB 3 port.
No Software. No hassle: Switch settings and LED modes on the fly and say goodbye to cumbersome software. All adjustments are made directly on the keyboard.

What is your refund/return policy?
If you find that your order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, contact us for a return authorization at contact@levelupdesks.com.
You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.

How long do your products take to ship?
Our team process orders within 1-3 days of receving your order and shipping takes approximately 3-7 days to ship.
Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Can I pay in installments?

Do you offer a price guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
