The Plugable UD-7400PD brings five external screens to a compatible USB-C workstation: HDMI 2.1 up to 8K 30 Hz, HDMI 2.0 up to 4K 60 Hz, and three USB-C DisplayLink outputs up to 4K 60 Hz each. The three DisplayLink outputs require DisplayLink software.
Connect and charge at your desk
Use 2.5Gbps wired Ethernet, six 10Gbps USB ports and a 3.5 mm audio jack for desk peripherals. The dock supplies up to 140W to a compatible host laptop and up to 30W through its front USB-C port to a device.
Check your computer before ordering
A 10Gbps USB-C host port with video output is required. Plugable lists Windows 10 or later and macOS 14 or later. HDCP-protected content is not supported on DisplayLink outputs. The box includes the dock, power adapter and cable, USB-C host cable and quick start guide.

How long do your products take to ship?

Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Do you offer a price guarantee?

If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
