The Plugable UD-3900Z connects a compatible computer to two HDMI monitors, wired Ethernet, six USB-A ports and a headset. Each display can run up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz through DisplayLink, giving a desk setup room for documents, meetings and everyday work.
Check your laptop before setup
The dock includes USB-A and USB-C host cables. Mac users must install DisplayLink software; Windows normally obtains drivers through Windows Update, and ChromeOS does not need a separate download. Plugable does not support Linux or ARM-based Windows with this model.
Know the limits
The UD-3900Z does not charge your laptop, so keep its charger connected. It is designed for productivity work and does not support HDCP protected playback; Plugable does not recommend it for gaming or full-screen video. The box includes the dock, both host cables, a power adapter and a quick start guide.

How long do your products take to ship?
Our team process orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order and shipping takes approximately 3-7 days to ship.
Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.
