What is your refund/return policy?
If you find that your order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, contact us for a return authorization at contact@levelupdesks.com.
You have 30 days to initiate a return, and all items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). Product and delivery packaging must not damage, altered, or changed in any way unless instructed to by Level Up Desks.
Unfortunately, Level Up Desks will not authorize a return if the product and original packaging have been damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds may not be initiated.

How long do your products take to ship?
Our team process orders within 1-3 days of receving your order and shipping takes approximately 3-7 days to ship.
Tracking numbers are sent to you, via email, within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and all items are delivered via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
